1.2. To be eligible for a refund, the leather goods must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

1.3. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.

1.4. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

2. Returns

3.4. If the exchanged item’s value is higher than the original item, the customer is responsible for paying the difference in price.

3.5. If the exchanged item’s value is lower than the original item, we will issue a refund for the price difference using the original payment method.
